What form does evil take within the human existence? Two young women - a naive
doctor and a grizzled nurse - learn the answer to that question as what started out
as a normal day becomes a horrible and bloody nightmare. The staff of the
Sky Ridge Institute for the Criminally Insane find themselves hunted when the
inmates of the facility mysteriously escape from their cells and embark upon a
rampage from which there is no rescue. Two women face pure Hell at the hands of
these sadistic butchers after being captured but must find the strength to overcome
the pain and humiliation and find a way to fight back and escape this maniac bloodbath.
